Moving Image Café

Located on the first floor of the museum, the Moving Image Café overlooks the new George S. Kaufman Courtyard. The Moving Image Café is delightful place to have a quick snack or a relaxing cappuccino before or after visiting the Museum galleries.

Our assortment of light-fare options includes herb-grilled chicken paninis, and turkey and vegetable wraps. Pick up a piece of fruit or a healthy snack. The selection of baked goods from New York’s Amy’s Bread includes brownies, cookies, and cupcakes. Try a LAVAZZA latte accompanied by a biscotti from Whimsy and Spice— a local confectionery. View the full menu here.

The Moving Image Café comfortably seats over thirty-five people in a light-filled, modern setting enhanced by the Museum’s new tree-lined outdoor courtyard. The Moving Image Cafe also serves as a venue for performances, presentations, and other special events.

Please note: No outside food or drinks are allowed in the Museum or Café.

Members receive a 15% discount on all café purchases.
